Orders, Shipping and Returns

Yes at the moment, the only option to purchase You Be The Barista is by ordering it online. We have made it quick and easy for you! Enjoy the process, and we will deliver within 2-3 days.

Once your order is completed, you’ll get an email from us with all of your order details. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please reply to the email with your request and we'll get back to you. If for some reason, you can't find an email from us, reach out at customerservice@youbethebarista.com

We offer gift cards of varying amounts. Head to the shop to find the perfect gift for any coffee lover! 

Gift packaging is available at certain times of the year. If we're offering it when you purchase, please send email us at customerservice@youbethebarista.com and specify that you'd like gift packaging.

Shipping is free for any purchase over $120! For orders less that this, we apply the standard Australian postal rates. Shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of your order.

We currently ship all over Australia and New Zealand. For any international orders, please contact us directly: customerservice@youbethebarista.com

Faulty Items Returns

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.   

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased online.

Return Instructions

Should we agree to return or exchange an item, please contact us for details. It must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase; You must provide your name and address; The product must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

You should have received a tracking number after your order was fulfilled through our website. You can use that tracking number to track your delivery on the AU and NZ post websites. If you have any other issues or questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Email is best: customerservice@youbethebarista.com.

After you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email once your package has left our warehouse and started the delivery process. With this tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping company's website for an estimate on when your product will arrive. We've had some delays on some orders due to the different restrictions but our main goal is to get your orders delivered in 2-3 days.

Sorry, discount codes don't stack. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

You Be the Barista Espresso Coffee

You Be the Barista Liquid Espresso Coffee can be enjoyed by simply adding a 25ml shot to your favourite coffee cup. If you're looking for a cool, refreshing iced coffee, pour it over ice and add in your favourite milk. For a hot coffee, mix it with hot water and/or your milk of choice. Create all of your favourites - a latte, cappuccino, long black, cold brew, flat white - even an Affogato or Espresso Martini.

You Be The Barista works fantastically in your favourite cocktails or culinary recipes, too! Don't waste precious time brewing coffee from scratch when you don't have to. You Be The Barista concentrate is perfectly convenient - without compromising on taste and quality.

There are approximately 60 serves in each 1.5L box of You Be The Barista. We recommend a 25ml shot as standard but you may want to increase or decrease the amount depending on your personal coffee preferences.

Once opened, consume within 8 weeks. You can store your You Be The Barista in the fridge for a little extra time.

We recommended you refrigerate your You Be the Barista coffee extract for the longest possible storage. Once opened, however, it will last for 8 weeks at ambient (shelf) temperature.

You Be the Barista can be served hot or cold, exactly how YOU want it!

You can mix it with water or milk, or a combination of both. You can have it on ice, or in your cocktails, or your Affogato or tiramisu...Anything that uses coffee is possible, so let your imagine run wild, experiment and enjoy. It's your turn now, YOU Be the Barista!

The Coffee Brewmasters already supplies large RTD and Coffee Manufacturers with TCB process® unique Coffee Products. You Be The Barista currently only delivers Cafe Barista style coffee direct to your home but we'd love to hear what we can work out together!
